same i went to see part 1 because my friend dragged me (and because of timmy), but part 2 actually got me invested in the plot, it was way better

My best friend and i went to see the first one and both left sad.
its like many modern movies it looks good.
This half is the eazy half, the whole Freman under ground rebellion story is an quick sell.

honestly i see it. The whole movie was just the worldbuilding.
I only recently watched it and I'm so glad that I didn't pay for a ticket for this tho.
The only reason why I decided to watch it, was because Hans Zimmer did the soundtrack.

I'll watch Part 2 just because I wanna know how the story evolves, but am not gonna pay for a ticket

tickets here have doubled in price in the 5 years before COVID (when there was no inflation here), and then you'd have gen z talking and texting on their phone throughout the entire movie
