It's bit hard to say with BB, but i'd say it's Daesung. He can go from funny comedic performance to powerful tearjerker. He can go from trot to rock. As performer and singer I feel like he has most versatility.

Taeyong: main rapper, main dancer, can sing and writes his stuff too.
Jaehyun: main vocalist level, main dancer level, can rap too.
Haechan: is both main vocal and main dancer level.

Seventeen: Hoshi or Woozi, probably, or both really. First of all, both are incredibly good dancers. Woozi is the better vocalist of the two while I think Hoshi is better at rapping, but honestly they both do well in all areas. Woozi produces the songs while Hoshi seems to be the main choreographer, so they excel at the creative stuff too. I'd probably choose Hoshi over Woozi just because he seems to feel more at home in variety shows and his performance skills are just a tad better.

GFriend: SinB, I can't think of many things she'd be especially bad at. Otherwise I'd probably pick Yuju.

BTS: Well, surprise, Jungkook.

DK - Main vocalist, great dancer, incredibly charismatic on stage, good at variety, displayed most potential in acting in SVT, and now he'll show it in a musical, hell he's even good at (hightone)rap. He doesn't have a weak spot tbh.
Seungkwan - Main vocalist, good dancer, extremely good at variety, quick thinker and savior of awkward situations.
