Doyoung is part of 127 and Dojaejung (and U).
I like both 127 and Dojaejung, but since 127 has more stuff since they were the first fixed unit, i prefer that unit (and U of course).

NCT Dream has the younger members (at least, when they debuted) and consist of Haechan, Mark, Jeno, Jaemin, Chenle, Renjun and Jisung

The newer lightsticks… tbh I’m not sure why they’re necessary, the og Neobong was fine enough and they could have updated that one instead of designing four new ones. Also we definitely need less unit discourse in Ncity. But what’s done is done and I can’t make them change their mind, so might as well buy the 127 one

My bias is Jungwoo I’m assuming yours is Doyoung?

I haven’t seen many people liking the newer lightsticks tbh, so we can only hope. Im wondering if SM really wants us to be four separate fandoms now instead of one united (although we never really were?), or are they just desperate for income now? Even though I’m more of a 127zen, I really liked the idea of our shared lightstick. I didn’t know they retracted Riize’s, that one wasn’t even half as bad as these. Not only are they unit sticks but I feel like they look so… pale? Bland? Compared to queen Neobong but that’s just my opinion. Okay lemme stop being negative I’m happy you made this thread cause I’ve wanted to talk to Nctzens for a while but mostly have been lurking this forum

honestly I am glad because I don't consider myself a nctzen since I'm only an actual fan of dream

so I think it caters to those who the music from every single unit doesn't appeal to on a high level but still have strong support for one or two, as an option

like when WayV got a separate fandom name wayzenni I was wondering why dream and 127 couldn't get official separate ones too, so I could call myself that instead of "not an nctzen but big fan of dream"

but I think most solid nctzens wouldn't want to buy these as well if they like everyone

which is probably why they are cheaper as they probably wouldn't have as much demand because of the target market

Yes! Same here! Saw many people saying they were NCTzens but the artist threads are kinda dead and just used for updates, so I really wanted a place to talk with people from the same fandom and get to know them.
So we finally have a place to interact with each other

Ooohh yeah i get that, especially since NCT rarely has a full group content.
Honestly, I don't mind people calling themselves Dreamzens etc. they're part of the fandom too

I think the difference with WayV is because they had the THAAD issues still when they debuted so they had to be kind of separate from NCT.
Even today, they are in center 2, when NCT127 and dream is in Center 4. Wish is in center 5
