So sad to see that he's 56th right now, I hope he doesn't slip under the radar after the 2nd episode.

I'm also so happy to see that I'm not the only one who instantly thought of Woozi, lol. Both seem to sing and dance incredibly well, it'd be a shame to not have such a tiny powerhouse in the final lineup~

OMO he also reminds me of Woozi a lot! I hope this boy get some better rankings next time

I did watch the second episode and here are my thoughts:

• Choi Su Hwan is great and I hope we see more of him in the upcoming episodes. Also funny that he doesn't only look like Woozi, but also is small and sometimes sounds like him lmao
  
  
• The company performance of Jyunhao and Mahiro really wasn't that good. I know that they are better, so I was a little bit frustrated to see this
  
  
• I was surprised how many times Seokhwa was shown in both episodes. As we know now he is in Grade C
  
  
• I'm not a fan of Yuri
  
  
• I like Tony and I hope that he will get better. It was hard to watch his video performance.
  
  
• I want to learn something about the AAP.Y guys. Not only my Midam, but also the other two trainees
  
  
• Somehow the blonde guy in Grade D (Kim Min Seo / Urban Works) annoys me. I don't know why tho
  
  
• Peak was interesting. Waiting to see how much better he will get
  
  
• Song Hyeong Jun did a great job in leading the Grade X guys. In his first appearance I didn't thought that he could doing that.

-- I hate being mean but the goblin guy's face to me is strange lol. he's not ugly but idk his face bothers me
-- If the rumors about Yuri could be proven wrong I could actually open myself up to liking him. His personality on the show doesn't seem bad (he doesn't give off the same vibe as Seobin to me) but you never know. His skill set isn't bad either. But I won't stan a jerk lol
-- I like that Jackpot performance by the e entertainment dudes. I'm glad they at least got B's
-- Woollim shouldn't haven't all their trainees cover infinite especially if they are newer that's just cruel
-- Peak's accent!!!!!! He has potential training will be good for him
-- I really like the Hongyi trainees. I liked that they cheered them on when they saw they were nervous. I love both of their voices
-- I'm glad I liked Suhwan from his intro video cause he really is great lol. I'm waiting for him to ask for height donations
-- also, seeing Siu makes me sad for what could have been
-- If the up10tion members are going to be crying more this season then I need to mentally prepare myself cause it brings back bad memories. I know people want to say they are pretty successful and don't need the show but their album sales have hit a big drop and they won't keep afloat with all these other groups debuting
-- Suhwan knows he's talented and shows it off. Kepp that confidence
-- I love how they kidnapped the X trainees
-- HA, MINKYU'S A NERD. He seems like a good and hardworking kid but I feel it in my bones he's a total nerd lmao. I can say that cause I am one
-- B class is hilarious. I like Seungyeon's personality
-- why do they have to make hyunjun cry like that? He's like 5, it hurts to watch

I feel like this Yuri guy will be around sometime, he could do with more training and experience, but he has the looks and sounds good.

I was so shocked they gave the tall guy from jellyfish x. His dancing was stiff af, but he sounded good and had good expressions. And i think the other trainee should have gotten A, one of best ones so far.

Its always weird seeing the unedited versions because some trainees did a lot better than mnet made them appear.

Others though were actually not as good. I was less impressed watching the MBK one this time around.

Thoughts after watching all the clips again...

- Is it just me or were this year's first performances pretty bad vocal-wise? Like, there are quite a lot of good dancers but only few good (or at least above decent) singers.

- Individual trainees really killed it this year! Most sounded much, MUCH better than most official trainees.

- Seeing Urban Works' performance reminded me how much I wish for a VIXX cover in the live shows. I'd kill to see Shangri-La performed!

- Props to the trainee who had to perform Very Nice alone, must not have been easy.

- I'm still sooo proud of Dongbin! It's not like he's super good even now, but he improved so much I can't even. Now that he seems to have more confidence I'm sure he'll manage to improve even more throughout the show. Hope he debuts!

- The Starship trainees were scolded waaaay too much, as the performance wasn't even that bad to begin with?? Sure, what happened AFTER the performance made it seem like they weren't prepared but jesus... it definitely wasn't X tier bad.

- And lastly I really feel like the judges lack consistency. Sometimes they throw out As after a very decent performance just because they THINK that the trainee can become A level good, and sometimes they give Xs or Ds for performances of around the same level.

- and boy how I want to forget seeing Kwon Taeeun's performance lol

Same, lol.

No one really notices you in the show unless you're extremely good or extremely bad (e.g. Sohye), so I guess they needed the attention. But still, I don't understand the judges' reaction.
