its hard, but i put on over 10k after each parent died on top of teh covid weight so i am a mess.

so i have gone on and off. alot the past year.

This time of year is hard cuz cherries are out and they are my favorite.

The hard part is it forces me to cook always. and quick snacks are an issue. So i typically have a few raw nuts.
