The new card challenges will be related to where various idols have lived and what languages they speak. For the ones about where idols have lived, they do not need to have lived there long to count, but they must have resided there for some time

You said "China or Taiwan" but you shd hv include "Hong Kong" and/or "Macau"pls don't quote me, I might edit or delete my post later

Also might hv given more card challenges by separating European n Latin American countries/languages. Maybe only BM tat I know of lived in South America(but could hv a whole thread to promote BM!)

ETA also Asia/Africa(?) other than SEA/China/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan)/Japan/South Korea

2nd ETA instead of Australia, could it be Australasia(meaning New Zealand and/or Australia) unless Rosé is only kpop idol who lived in NZ AND Oz!

@LoveYooShaSha both are regions in China. They differ from mainland China in various ways, but are still parts of China rather than being individual countries.

I was going based on what idols I could think of who lived in certain places. Ofc my knowledge isn’t complete, but if I couldn’t think of at least a few idols from said region, I decided it would be too specific of a region for the average KS user to be familiar with. For Latin and South America, I didn’t know any, and even if you include BM it’s still only one idol. More variety in one of these challenges would be nice. I also didn’t know any idols who could speak Spanish or Portuguese well, except maybe Hendery, and even then I’m not positive if he can. They probably exist but likely aren’t super mainstream idols, and there likely aren’t many. And for other European languages, I know 2 that speak Russian, one that speaks French, and one that speaks German, so for all of those there wouldn’t be enough idols to choose from. Same with living in Europe, I only think of three idols immediately, from different countries. So it just comes down to the fact that making it more specific would mean that at most, a couple idols would be options.

Asia on the other hand would be super general. Nearly all idols in kpop come from an Asian country. Africa would be difficult though. I could only find one idol who ever lived in Africa and she’s not incredibly mainstream. So it would just lack variety.

Tbh I don’t know of any idols who lived in NZ except Rose. So given that she also lived in Australia, I’m not sure a change needs to be made to that one.

Understand all ur points. Noted the reasons why all I wrote were already identified by cards team n finals in OP decided therewith. Thnx for detailed reply 👍.
