She didn't do her job for 8 months+. Instead conspired to steal the girls to her own agency, which eventually happened. Mostly because BHS is awful (WTH happened to the guy who was willing to work so hard to get bts going , and i still put that more on the fandom than anything big hit did) and was focused only on success out the gate for the girls after his previous gg f ups.
