it's very rare for a nugu group to succeed - it's even rarer for a nugu group to continue to succeed post first viral hit
what's going in 5050's favour is that they are now known (at least within the kpop and greater SK GP) so people even if they aren't 5050 fans are more likely to at least check out their song which will give them a boost
as kpop fans on a kpop forum we are the minority and in an echo chamber of sorts since we are more likely to listen to even nugu songs but the GP doesn't have that luxury - they aren't going to give a song a shot if the group is nugu

I mean how many times have we heard a great song from a nugu group and thought damn if only [BTS/BP/Twice etcetc] released it...

The givers and that staff caused all the issues.

yeah nothing actually happened other than the previous members being fired. Company was like welp, lets try again I guess. Their reputation as it stands now is muddled. Hopefully the group finds success.
