We clearly communicated to Ador through a separate message that the third party did not want to be mentioned, yet they continue to distort the situation by involving that third party. Right now, the companies that participated in this project are likely suffering from this petty behavior. what is this talk in your official statement about the “pure agony of the creator”? That doesn’t exist. When you negate an agreement and threaten us with tens of billions in penalties, even Ngannou would have no choice but to take down the video. Moreover, Ador demanded the deletion immediately, not that any evidence be provided. How can you now claim it was only about the director’s cut when you initially raised issues about copyright and likeness rights for content on unofficial accounts? Are the kids appearing in the other videos not NewJeans? If we hadn’t deleted those videos, what would Ador have said? I cannot believe how easily you lie despite the evidence.
It was a long time ago, but we worked on the project with affection, hoping to create a great piece of work. I don’t understand why we have to suffer from the internal conflicts of Ador, but we even gave up our rightful claims due to their threats and coercion. According to the statement they’re freely putting out, assuming the public has no way of knowing the truth, if we can prove the agreement, Ador will undoubtedly lose. It seems like it's time to go to court. Legally, it’s said to be an easy case. In the end, it seems Ador just wants to drag things out and avoid public backlash. Since they haven’t apologized, we will submit or release the recordings, emails, and materials we have in sequence as necessary, and we will sue CEO Kim Juyoung and Deputy CEO Lee Dokyung for defamation.
The ownership of the Ban Heesoo channel legally belongs to Dolphin Kidnappers. We are also looking into how we can transfer the channel to the fans. Ador claimed in their statement yesterday that they are okay with Dolphin Kidnappers managing the Ban Heesoo channel, but this is a blatant lie. Just a few days ago, they were trying to convince us behind the scenes to hand over only the Ban Heesoo channel. According to their refusal to acknowledge the existing agreement, issues of copyright and portrait rights concerning the videos would inevitably arise. This is nothing more than wordplay meant to deceive the public. Honestly, I thought that by creating an exit where all they had to do was apologize, this situation would be resolved. I didn’t think the management of Ador, an entertainment company, would make such a decision in front of the public. In a bombshell live, Hanni revealed that “there’s a makeup and dressing room on the fourth floor of the HYBE building. One day a group and their manager were passing by so we greeted them. They came back again and I heard their manager say, 'Ignore her.'”
The eldest member Minji expressed his frustration about the matter, saying, “When I heard what Hanni went through, I was shocked. I couldn’t believe a manager told their member to ignore Hanni right in front of her.” She also stated that the manager never apologized or even admitted their mistake.
The group also claimed that they had complained about the matter to the new ADOR CEO Kim Joo Young, but she allegedly said, “There is no proof, so just get over with it.” She continued, “When I saw that she was trying to move on from that matter, I realized that the person who protected us is gone.”
Revealing the incident, they added that Min Hee Jin was always there to fight for them, but the new management doesn’t care about them.

On September 11, NewJeans took netizens by shock with a broadcast on a new YouTube channel (named nwjns), and the members looked very somber and serious compared to other times they have gone live.
While most of it was in Korean, Hanni made some key points and started by saying that HYBE seemingly “infringed” their content despite discussions about what would happen after Min Hee Jin was taken out of her role as ADOR CEO.
Something we all find very important, something that plays a very important role in our team’s color and image is our media content and creative production. Despite saying that they would leave all the creative production to our now-former CEO Min Hee Jin, through official statements that I think a lot of you might have already read and seen during our personal meetings, they infringed on our content.

She explained the impact it was having on the staff.
It was content that we not only worked really hard on but our staff who spent endless hours to produce and release, solely for our fans. If they had any understanding about what type of team we are and the content we create, they would have thought more deeply before crossing the line they set themselves.

Hanni then explained that since Min Hee Jin stepped down, the “harmony” between the management and creative side of ADOR wasn’t working in the same way.
Because of this incident, we realize that there’s not much we can do to prevent these issues. Personally, the way that ADOR used to run was business management and creative production were not separated, and it was the factors that played and worked in harmony together. That’s how it worked and was perfectly fine.
Now that she is no longer CEO, these factors that should’ve continued to work together in harmony are now being seen as two different areas of work.

It’s very hard to truly believe they are sincere about wanting to help us continue to work with our former CEO. Despite being the midst of the current legal conflict, she is expected to plan and creatively produce our future endeavors in only two months, which i personally think makes no sense at all.”

girls, i hate to break it to you but MHJ pissed off her bosses.
Even the judge said she acted unethically but didn't actually break the law/ contract.
I would be stunned if there is not a "morals" clause of some sort in her contract that would catch this.
So they could not fire her at the special shareholders meeting, but they did replace everyone else.
the writing was in billboard sized print.
They just bided their time until an normal ador board meeting and voted her off the island with all the new directors.
To me she stole the girls from source Stockholmed em . Did actually manage to get them popular, but is insane and greedy. she had her own playground and it was not enough. and like greed does it has bit her in the ass.
This is crazy. That off-script broadcast against the company is unprecedented I think.

if Nj were not screwed before that they are now. They are going to see dungeon levels that will make MeU and Blinks feel sorry for them. its a good thing the k public like em cuz when they come up for air in 2027- 28 ..
to me it feel likes laying down the groundworks for a mistreatment and grievances lawsuit to get out of the contract OR to reduce the termination fees payable in any contract renegotiations

I was reading on another site that they routinely get dragged by hybe ee's in that ee only chat. So maybe they are total asshats/high maint brats.

from NJ perspective what they are doing is good strategy - get out of the company and go with mommy MHJ - obviously they can't get out now so if I were advising the I'd tell them make life difficult for new ador/hybe - make every interaction a chore and to do the bare min aka quiet quitting lol
from hybe's perspective you don't wanna kill your cash cow so one should properly record every interaction with NJ members - carrot over stick - treat them well since they are still bringing home the bacon and palacate them and slowly transition them away from MHJ

i would go the other way if the girls are being a pain.
Do the bare minimum to keep the contract valid and exercise every option Hybe has.
Take the phones away ect. And fire the manager who let them do the live.
Just debut the boy group and let them quite quit. Schedule stuff but make it inconvenient. Send em to every kcon. ship em all over the world suck up all the profits of the albums sales. let em fight it out in court , but do enough to make it look like you are trying for the shareholders.
Once the bg starts bringing in cash let it play out and see how long they last playing shows in Brazil, south America ect. give them k comeback less frequent than black pink. Heck it might even make ya money totally worked for YG.
Legally they are likely in the same place 50/50 was, its just the public atm likes them more than hybe.

hmmm...that's a bit excessive no?
but both are valid perspectives which makes this a lot more interesting since 5050 was basically completely one sided whereas here it's a lot more divisive
