OK... But boxing IS actually just a really good workout! I did boxing as a sport for like 4 years and I've legit got really fit! It usees basically all parts of the body and after a training session parts of my body were tired I didn't think would be!

You use shoulders and hips and legs and hands and everything! The whole body is used and it is great! Even if you aren't gonna fight anyone (Which I lowkey reccommend, it can be fun!) it is amazing!

Besides that, at least where I was practicing it... The first like 6 months everybody apologizes when they get a hit in. It is hilarious! The moment somebody gets a hit in, the mock-match almost stops and a flurry of "are you OK's?" and "I'm fine, that was a good hits"'s come in!

Look at me selling this, but it legit is great!
