I guess it can be possible that she wasn't sure and then figured out the accusations were false and is now suing.

But this makes it sound sketchy for her, like she wasn't outright denying it so it seems like she had bullied. Saying she wants to talk it out is not bad response if u really bullied, but now suddenly suing makes it seems like she's trying to make the victim shut up.

Her first statement comes off as wanting to deal with it peacefully while this one comes across as more aggressive. Would have been better if she mentioned suing in her first statement so the tone was more serious than apologetic.

If you did happen to bully someone when you were younger (I've done it before,though it wasn't really bullying, just being an overall terrible and aggressive person that attacks when given a chance, and I regret it greatly), if given an opportunity to apologize, you should at all costs. I would literally kill to be able to give a genuine apology to the people I've hurt if I was in the wrong. Rather than getting defensive, you should show people that you've matured. She clearly hasn't changed in the slightest. Yikes.

That’s a bad move on her part. She admitted to bullying the girl but now she’s suing? This is just sad. I feel bad for the victim. I was hoping to see that Hyolyn had matured but I guess not. I’ll still continue to enjoy her music, but I don’t think I can support her until she’s shown that she’s grown up.
