Hey, you're definitely not a failure.
It's ok even if you do it at a slower pace. Everyone has their own way and pace of doing things. You shouldn't care about what others view you as. Even if someone is absolutely perfect, there will still be criticism thrown at that person. You should just not give up and keep going at a steady pace.

You’re definitely not a failure. Everyone gets things done at their own pace, it can definitely be hard when you see others finishing things a bit faster but as long as you’re still trying I think that’s just as good.
