I think the tone of the law articles screams they are either going to have to stay at ador or come up with the 400 mill.

I seriously doubt they have cause for disputing with Ador with whom the contracts are signed.

Everyone gets focused on Hybe.

But that is like if contractors had a dispute with Youtube and were blaming Alphabet.

The contracts being invalid and still continuing with schedules is the part that doesn't make sense because if the contract is null and void then to do those schedules NewJeans and Hybe would have to come to an agreement on them. How exactly are they going to split the money from these upcoming schedules if they don't have a written contract with the pay details in it? The law just doesn't work that way.

True that i had forgot that part. Its not like they will suddenly give the money to the girls parents.

HYBE only gets 400 million if they can show NewJeans is worth 400million. The fact that HYBE, in writing, specified plans to abandon NJ's makes it difficult to say they are worth that amount. Abandoning NJ's is equivalent to saying we're going to pile up 400 million USD and light it on fire. I'd love to sit through the trial.
