10 years seems for sure undercontract. ofc Jessica pretty much said in the book that all the deal are 10 years and not 7.

Idk about 4th gen ggs tho, a lot seem to be following the aftermath of SM v EXO legal battle law amendments, idk abt Gfriend ending after 7 yrs. Maybe Soumu/YGE/JYPE dint get the memo to hv the extension signed BEFORE the 7 yr contract ended? Istm tat only SM tried to hv fx/RV n maybe aespa sign 2 at once - 7 yrs n 3 yr extension to lock up a gg for 10 yrs since it's guaranteed SM ggs success last at least 10 yrs.after tat look wat happens with Tiffany stating SM asked her to pay for parking at SM building for 15th anniversary rehearsal, Sunny not being in SMEnt anymore n even Wentae after minimum 10 yrs in SM then being not listened to.

GF/BP/Miss A all dint go beyond 7 yrs, or WG too I think.fx kinda low gg activity in last few yrs of contract. SSE'S WJSN/Cosmic girls many dint extend after 7 yrs rite?

So I believe only SMEnt bent n colored outside the lines by signing 7 n 3 yrs all at once. Hence why Joy n Yeri went 10 full yrs in RV/SMent till things got to this point. SMNGG soon? So I hope aespa 7 yrs go fine, if they're active 10 yrs in SMEnt I'll change my belief n say they also signed 7 + 3 yrs in 2020!

R u serious-post/solo fx Amber & Luna weren't the top draw so SMEnt would hardly give them a duo debut, MeU r lucky Amber n Luna (did SMEnt give Luna her well deserved solo debut?) solos.

yes Luna has a solo album it sold a bit worse than Ambers. neither did anything like todays numbers.
Remember Amber got the First female solo album of any member of SNSD or f(x)
