... and I'm sad ngl 4 years is terribly short for an act (well, technically 5 but they basically sat out the last one sans Juri)

They had some decent tracks, I liked them, I really did. But Woollim never had the muscles to promote them adequately in my view and truth be told, they needed a main vocalist, baaaad. I just hope their maknae Dahyun finds work somewhere, I thought she had potential to achieve a lot more than just that.

and covid messed up a lot of group activities too. When you're debuting and trying to make a name for yourself, it sure as heck doesn't help.

I'm obviously referring to Touring and Promoting. But in the end, Blackpink pulled an online concert and generated $$, everyone else stood still on that front until 2022.

I did not know that or I forgot about it.. but it's true, I often have the impression that kpop industry in general is very rigid and only slowly adapts to changes
