it remains to be seen what they will do after they win.

first off they will perma ban every single staffer that went with them.
then they will probably treat new jeans like studio does with a property. like say x men do just enough to keep the rights tied up.

Idk wat will happen, but netz thinks tat NJZ's worst case scenario is tat they lose n hv to pay penalties to ADOR/HYBE. It might be tat SK courts can impose worse conditions on MHDHH like limit them from any activities outside ADOR/HYBE but tat remains to be seen.

At worst, SM or their reps/LSM himself could only limit Sica/others from broadcast/tv shows but still could release songs/albums or open her fashion label/restaurant(with maybe a license fee). But this is all unexlored[in full] territory. EXO CBX or others hv broken away with conditions/lawsuits after the fact. Who knows if freedom to work/be active in SK is gonna be taken away from NJZ if MHDHH lose all their cases.

I rmbrd reading abt Whoopi Goldberg hvg to star in a movie yrs ago cos she verbally agreed to do so ard the time after she won an Oscar(1990) but then she decided to back out of it. BUT the people behind the movie recorded her saying yes on an answering machine n sued her. The verbal recording of the agreement led to a settlement where her salary went from $5M to $7M but the total budget of $33.5M meant it was a flop. Direct to video except outside US n Italy. If they'd let her go most of the $33.5M mighta been spent on sthg else.

I also thought of David Cross on his last Chipmunk movie: a clause in his contract meant he gave up $150,000 payment due to his disparaging the movie-he said it was the most unpleasant professional experience of his life. He spent a week filming in a pelican suit on a cruise ship for the movie even tho he wasn't recognisable in the suit. It also made $100M less than it's predecessor and the following sequel made even less by $109M. Perhaps if he hadn't had tat experience n said wat he said the movie might hv made more money(or not).

Also there was Kim Basinger who was sued n lost a judgement of $8.1M for backing out of a movi(which made only $1.8M) eventually settling $3.8M.

Prince famously used a symbol but followed his contract by releasing 6 albums after signing a $100M contract.

But no exact situation as MHDHH occurred previously so maybe 200-300M$ penalty will be imposed n if they can't pay then they could declare bankruptcy or go back to ADOR/HYBE. Or retire/return to Australia/inactivity.

The thing is I think no one can FORCE MHDHH to be active as NWJNS under ADOR=HYBE again unless they choose to.(well unless SK courts compel them to smh).
