Why do I feel that way about that? Why has my brain done this to me? Will it escalate further? One day I may be able to indulge in it without fear or disgust. That's what I'm worried about. Is that okay? I know it's not. I don't know if I could tell anyone

I know I'm distraught bc I didn't follow my routine. It shouldn't matter. But taking a break likely means I won't return. I hate it. What's normal? What's too much, too little? Why does commitment feel like a prison?
