yeah in the field that i currently major in, windows is a lot suitable and I.T friendly in terms of the various softwares that are available on there and that operate better compared to mac i guess. lets just say, us mac users can never get lucky when it comes to having to download certain softwares that can especially only work on windows but never on mac 😭

im currently debating on whether i should get a windows laptop myself tho im just gonna wait and see on what my teachers gonna say and whether he agrees that i would need to get one too or not because of some relevant issue ive been having on my macbook

I get it aswell but im sure your major has to use more windows stuff than mine sometimes they do work its just formated so weird on mac thats annoying tho that u cant do some stuff lmk if u do :))

unfortunately yeah since a lot of the softwares especially the ones that involve using virtual machines and linux stuff requires you to use windows in order to do this, as macs have little to no support for those lol :') oh well if only i swapped my old macbook with a windows laptop instead of swapping it with a new macbook last year then it wouldnt be much of an issue but oh well

Windows… But I was a temporary Mac user in university because all the computers they had in the computer labs and library were Mac
