honestly, I feel the same, but when the teacher gives you a very easy and simple assignment, you shouldn't have to use ai and when the teacher straight up tells you not to, you shouldn't do it. She offers help. and I will be willing to help this person and they should know to ask me or the teacher or anybody else for help bc I'm right beside them and they can see me doing it with the resources I have.
I don't want to sit there doing my work like I'm supposed to meanwhile somebody else is getting a 100 for cheating

I'd definitely agree in theory, however in real life I'm often too scared to. I have a friend who admitted to using AI to write her essays in another class and I was too scared to say anything. But I'm against AI in general, and I don't think it's fair that some people get better results than they should by abusing AI.

honestly.... fuck it, yes i would. the way AI has flooded almost every aspect of people's daily lives is getitng on my nerves and people almost seem incapable of doing basic tasks anymore. don't even get me started on the fact that AI answers are often false and cheating through some chatgpt shit will do more harm than good if they actually want to learn something,

this is my prespective as someone who has a learning disablilty +other stuff
what if the person has stuff going on and cant talk abt it so they resort to using ai
what if the person is scared to talk to the teacher
idk for me i dont care unless its important stuff like going into med
i personally use AI on assignments if i need help mostly on english to brainstorm ideas
