Thanks i am so jacked up my knee hurts so much i can only sleep in one position,
The extent of my workout is some baby curls and limping around the house :)

which impacts the weight loss goal, have to basically fast for days to drop weight. intermittent and keto just keep me flat.
getting old is annoying :p
