Some of this is awful. Some of this, I don't see how throwing it in will help her case (e.g. the "strict interview criteria" that was used to show how controlling JYPE was had highlighted the requests to "don't mention kpop artists outside of JYPE" and "try not to mention your previous solo career" which tbh doesn't seem that strict?)

I'm curious to see where this goes from here. It's certainly the most "inside look" any of us have ever gotten into a kpop lawsuit.

It’s probably from a mindset of if it doesn’t help in the end that’s fine, as long as it won’t hurt her case. Which makes sense. If it seems like maybe somehow it could help, and it definitely won’t hurt, you don’t lose much from it. I’ve gotten the impression that legal cases tend to include points that probably won’t benefit them, but they include them just in case it somehow does.

When I was involved in this sort of stuff, yes, it was kind of "throw the whole kitchen sink in, maybe some of it will stick"
