Today's the perfect day to make some fun plans then! I just texted my friend and we're going to go pick strawberries later this month.

That's less fun! Is school year round there? Here, we break for the summer in mid-to-late May until mid-to-late August.

Actually we have holidays in July and august but i joined the university late so i have to continue in july and august.....But that's nice you have a big summer holiday.....

I got the green light from my physical therapist to start running and had my first run yesterday, so def building up towards my goal (5km in a year) and hopefully losing weight

That's great progress!! And hearing you say that makes me want to do something active. I've been feeling in a slump lately.

Honestly I need it
I haven't really done any sports regularly since I broke my back in 2020. Been trying to lose weight ever since but despite my food intake being very low, I only lost 10 kg in a year and I'm still at the weight
Just went to the sports store and thought i would at least be a size down but nope, had to go like at least 2 sizes up, it was very humbling

I feel like exercise helps make everything just a bit easier, if you can do it. So I'm really glad for you that you're getting to get back to something you've been wanting to!

Yeah it does, i do notice that since i started walking again, it does help a bit
