I usually try to take my sleeping pill like an hour before bed, and then theoretically, I'd brush my teeth, shower, get into my jammies, and read for a bit before bed. But realistically, I do none of those things - all I do to prepare for bed is take my sleeping pill. lol

I take off my makeup, shower, prepate my lunchbox for the next day, watch a show and read a book

Removing makeup/ doing skincare and brushing teeth are a must. I also braid and oil my hair so it wont tangle because it is very long. Anything else I am too lazy to do but I would love to read for example.
