Downfall and Ride Your Wave. They’re actually both good movies I saw Downfall again because my sister wanted to watch a movie when she visited and I suggested it.

Neither are English movies. Ride Your Wave is an animated Japanese movie about grief and moving on, and Downfall is a German WW2 movie. I think Downfall got some meme status in regards to a specific ranting Hitler clip. People took that and started adding their own subtitles to that piece
