Interesting, my only comment is tat it's better to debut her now in SMN than delay/postpone or otherwise halt her idol journey(Jaejoong probably thinks she has potential/don't want her to wait 4/5 yrs if tat for his next gg)

the comments I read was that she was always meant to be in SMN but she's chinese or something and had visa issues

Same difference, Jaejoong couldn't afford to wait for her visa issues to be resolved so SMN debuted then Shuie joins SMN now. As I said Jaejoong has to play it out according to circumstances as he probably can't afford to wait till everything aligns(as in debuting SMN as OT8 would hv meant a delay without even predicting when Shuie could be in korea visa wise.) But does this mean she trained outside Korea?(ig we'll learn more sooner or later)

Same difference, Jaejoong couldn't afford to wait for her visa issues to be resolved so SMN debuted then Shuie joins SMN now. As I said Jaejoong has to play it out according to circumstances as he probably can't afford to wait till everything aligns(as in debuting SMN as OT8 would hv meant a delay without even predicting when Shuie could be in korea visa wise.) Well Yeri was already in korea so I can't see how it's similar, since Vic, Amber, Yuqi, Yiren, Shuhua, n so many others from China/Chinese
Only way I think it might be like Yeri situation is if it's unrelated to Shuei being Chinese. I think if it's so confusing n complicated I'm not gonna speculate further. Even Yeri joining after RV OT4 debut has nvr been officially or personally confirmed by SM/Yeri so yeah, I don't need to know/wait for more info here.(since Leeseo, ILLIT, LSRF members debuted under 18 idols, I think Yeri is only one I know who waited after group debut to join n idc her age when she joined RV, it's irrelevant to me: only relevance is she/SM felt ready/time is right to debut. I'll follow this regards Shuei, idk why n idc cos it don't matter to me, only to Shuei/Jaejoong/INKODE/SMN n just trust/hv faith).
