It sounds to me like she has very purposeful enunciation, as in she speaks very clearly and makes sure to pronounce everything. I think that gives an impression of a pretty neutral accent because from an international perspective it’s the best way to speak and have people from many places understand you. I also like the way it sounds, I think it sounds really nice
