And its not like 150 is some huge amount. i totally remember 200 g listed as teh serving size in restaurant's in Korea.

I think the size of the serving is in the menu/order so it's known n tat's why it's mentioned. My nephew loves to eat korean food n also my niece (they're cousins; children of my older n younger brothers). I rmbr some menus iv seen online/youtube video clips where the restaurant menu/signs mentions the serving size/weight of meat as a matter to do with the price so XXX price gets YYY g/kg of meat n XXXX price gets ZZZZ of meat(dont rmbr whether veggies/sides increases-but korean restaurants typically give banchan anyway<korean side dishes>) i only ate korean food at restaurants few times n not ordered lots of meat, family get together. I ate bibimpap in early 2000s before hallyu wave rlly hit S.E.A. maybe beginning of it, boA, suju n rain maybe already famous, or it coulda been mid-2000s(2004-2006/7) too long ago n those cheap-ish korean food sold then hv mostly changed to higher end or more variety of korean food in the following years-after kdramas/kpop/kmovies success throughout SEA/east n other asian countries. Korean restaurants may hv even existed in SEA in 2000s but i only knew of SeoulGarden bbq restaurant, 35-41 yrs in SEA(tho iv nvr eaten there n may only hv seen it around in the early 2000s(?)/late 90s(?). Its not korean franchise, totally local origin/owned-franchised from SEA not from Korea, just korea inspired.
