Jokes aside, I don't even know if they'll able to make it until the end of this year. Like, their situation was already difficult to start with, all the bad (economic) decisions taken previously were hitting YHS and brother in the balls. What baffles me the most, is that investors still prefered YMS to stay.

Everything is adding up. People make act like 2NE1's disbandment didn't affect the company but it did.

• They lost the group that was established in the West most.
• That have the highest selling songs even to this day.
• Could compete with BIGBANG for #1 in terms of value.

As all four former members are interested in music they could have benefited from the brand still being alive and establishing the four in their solo careers. Like really just imagine what 2NE1 would have done in the past five years considering what they did back in the 2010's. But with them gone, YG only had a older boy group slowed down by military service and a risked the future on three new groups, with only one of them becoming the success he needed (and even that was due to the lack of 2NE1's presence in the industry). YGE now only has one group that is carrying the weight that 2NE1 and BIGBANG + OT5 soloist held, who some don't even consider established Hallyu juggernauts yet. Who honestly are behind BTS, TWICE and EXO. Once again YGE is beating on Treasure 13 and the NGG, untested rookies.
