overall i like it, but like KTL from BP, something is missing or doesnt fit, but really happy for Somi, maybe it will grow even more on me.
( thats how i feel, there is a weird pattern lately with Teddy and drops / chorus 🤣 😂 )

As dooh mentioned, lately something's with teddy and generic drops. The song was meh with a structure very similar to the recent yg releases. I liked her vocals tho.

Yeah, I wasn't feeling it. She's really talented, and I was quite excited for her debut. She did well in the MV and looked gorgeous, but I think the song didn't really fit her, (or anyone. The production wasn't my cup of tea). The beat drop was amazing at the end, it should have been like that the entire song, and the last one could have been more upbeat. The rest of the song was rather generic, and didn't seem to fit her style. She didn't really seem like a bold, upfront person as the MV portrayed her to be. It reminded me of Meghan Trainor, tbh.

Its pretty good, chorus could be bit stronger, but it could be cause I'm not biggest fan of Somi's vocals and they are more clear in chorus.

I loved it. Honestly, I cant imagine anything that would fit Somi more than this. In the showcase she mentioned she chose Birthday because she wanted to come out with something the public could relate to her, that is Vitamin Somi. Also love that the song manages to showcase her rapping, singing and dancing all in one, and that it is so lively and fun just like her. A+

Outta my head is good too, I am so proud she wrote and composed it. I initially loved it more than Birthday but after a few listens I am glad Birthday is the title track.
