I can't say no
to what holds me back
I need a plan of attack
to beat it to the curb
thinking too much is absurd
space in my head getting comfortable
or is it confrontational
I draw blanks
I drew the shortest straw
the pain on my skin is raw

from the fold I call home
alone in my room
suicide looms
but I fight back
and claw my way forward
out of the darkness

drip like saliva

my past

without a crew

staring at me from beyond

you're going to hate me for this, but I used to basically romanticize rape and abuse in my writings. lol I don't do that anymore, though. I've also come a long way with HOW I write. Before now, I used to write a few sentences or paragraphs per scene and then jump right to the next one. I posted an example in Fanfics of one such story, if you dare to read it. It's a ship fic about two Idol contestants who had a significant age gap between them (he was 17 and she was 23).
