Now I feel I must check if Heartbreak is eligible. They did an unplugged live release for it, but it wasn't otherwise promoted. (As compared to Perfect Crime, Pookie, and Midnight Special, the pre-release, title, and follow-up from that album.)

I'm mostly counting this on mvs so if it has a mv then it would go in soty (that's why I distinguished between track videos and visualisers in my main post, so people dont get confused)

Edit: Also with promotions I usually mean doing the rounds in the music show cycle, not one off performances a lot of the time (unless it's a single). Heartbreak should be eligible if it doesn't have a full-on mv
