How do you refer to your aunts and uncles? (1 Viewer)

I called my mom older sibling uncle and aunt, but she have 3 younger brother who I just call by their name. Reason being is that they not that much older than me (one of them is my age). My step-dad family I called them, I call his brothers (older) uncle in Chinese. His younger brother I do prefer to him as gege and his younger sister as jiejie because they close to my age also.

I call my mom's younger sister chiti, and her husband chitapa. I call my mom's brother [name] mama and his wife [name] athai

I’ve never met my English speaking aunts and uncles, but for my Taiwanese relatives I call them 大舅舅，小舅舅，大舅妈，小舅妈

I just call them by their names. But I'm also not very close to them

I call me uncle in mothers side eno (=maternal uncle), but instead of calling my paternal uncles setä and aunties täti i usually just use their first names cause i'm not that close with them and i don't even know who all are my actual setä's and täti's xd Sometimes i refer to them as (name)-täti/-setä, but not that often. I'm not really close with my relatives in general other than my own family. I'm actually täti myself, but my niece just refers me by my first name- or right now as dumbass cause she's in that base where she thinks insulting everyone including herself is funny.
