Intro Hi, I'm new here!! (2 Viewers)

[ontheblueside]

Hi! I have wanted to find a place to talk about my interests and possibly meet new people and friends through it and I thought this would be a nice community to become a part of!

I'm Louise, I'm 17 years old and I have only recently gotten into kpop. I had heard about Korean music/kpop back in 2016 and 2017 but it never really sparked my interest until late 2017 when I listened to BTS' DNA and BS&T and I really loved them, but I kinda stopped there and went back to my usual music. Back in February this year, I was curious and thought I'd listen to the songs again which is when I became an ARMY, and also a fan of TXT after they debuted. I also like some songs from a few other groups like Red Velvet, Seventeen and Stray Kids, but I'm always open for recommendations!

My other interests include art, playing games (especially Nintendo) and watching anime occasionally. I also really love animals ^^

It's nice to be here and I hope to meet a lot of awesome people!

theres alot to kpop other than bts :)
but yea im an artist, and i love playing nintendo games too! especially pokemon and super smash
im a huge fan of the anime one piece, but i check other anime once in awhile.

welcome! hope to see u around, get to know kpop and other users here1

That's very true! There are a lot of different groups and styles within kpop that it's pretty much impossible to see it all when you limit yourself to only looking at a few groups. At the moment I'm really enjoying BTS and TXT and I'm only just catching up with them, I'll definitely check out more of a variety of kpop when I have the time! It's hard to have a varied knowledge in kpop when I've only been into it for a few months haha, but I definitely take recommendations

That's cool, I love Pokemon and Smash too! And thank you!

We have the same interests! I love art, nintendo games, and anime too! I'm a digital artist myself, what type of art do you like?

Thank you so much! I'm also a digital artist and I love all kinds of art. I really love looking at digital paintings but I also enjoy the look of media like watercolours and inks. I usually create my own characters and make fanart of games/anime I like, how about you?

is ur bias (fav member jhope?

My bias is Hobi alongside Yoongi. I don't consider them to be my "favourites", moreso just the members I connect and relate with I think

Waa cool! I love all kinds of art too~ digital is just my forte! I love how in depth you can get with digital art, which is sometimes hard to achieve with traditional media! Though I am always a sucker for graphite drawings too, haha. I love them so much~
I normally like to draw K-Pop idols haha. I also really love drawing landscapes and nature, though I still haven't good at doing that digitally. I used to big on drawing anime back when I was younger, actually! Its just so much fun!~

Welcome, i hope you will have a good time here, make sure to ask questions if you are unsure of anything!

I agree! You can achieve a lot of effects with digital art, like how you can get as vibrant or as dark of a colour as you want. I've actually started making some kpop fanart, I have made some BTS fanart and I'm planning to make TXT fanart as well! I'd love to see some of your art, do you share it anywhere?

Welcome, i hope you will have a good time here, make sure to ask questions if you are unsure of anything!

Thank you!

Welcome, welcome! I hope you like it here, you're in good company.
I am also an artist, gamer (old school N64 style) & animal lover (I have 13 cats & one dog).
As for recommendations, I suggest checking out Monsta X, but don't take it from me...
