Tonight, parts of the US, Canada, and other countries in the Americas will have a time shift. This will result in 0 KST being one hour later. For example, if 0 KST fell at 10 AM for you, tomorrow it will fall at 11 AM for the next half a year, and so on depending on your exact time zone. Keep that in mind when checking dailies and requesting cards

Well, changing things would require actually making a change, and you know, that's hard.

The government would have to actually do their jobs and agree to pass a law, which you think would be easy given switching times is pretty universally despised, but everything is political theater these days.

The law could easily be written so it takes effect in the future so that companies have time to adjust coding, etc. to avoid negative impacts, so the government is the only real hold-up.
