I think rand means reroll you rares to get rare for commons.
Finish the k1 deck quicker.

re roll the rares for commons in Korea 1
2 rares will get you 3 common cards.

the example is

Username: Vikki
Cards to give back: SuperM Baekhyun Rare, NCT Jisung Rare
Type of reroll: Rare for commons
Deck: Korean 1

over the course of time your dailys will give you rares. ~ 3 for every 7 commons.
plus the weekly

you can micro manage the number of rares you are missing at any one time. Remembering that you need to keep a card for 7 days before you can reroll it.

I usually pick soloist from the latest most rare batch( ie rare batch 6) and keep it to 1 rare deck.
But each rare is worth 1.5 commons so you can increase your rate at which you complete commons.
and you can reroll rare for commons once every day.
You will see most of the members who have completed all the common and rare cards doing this when new batches drop.

I’m always lazy to track my cards, but I will try to do it.
