I don't know much about Pledis but would one argue that it is more about money than men/women/misogyny that certain groups just didn't earn enough money (which isn't in and of itself a reason for mistreatment)?

Seventeen alone is likely the reason hybe bought pledis so that is true ( ie they were pledis's cash cow) still you would think there is a better system than just get out like you never existed... maybe there are other practice rooms that could be idk scheduled...

ykw? fair enough. seventeen did and still earn a shit ton of money for pledis, more than fromis ever did. and when svt were rookies/trainees they also suffered mistreatment from pledis (I'm not sure if this story is correct but I've heard wonwoo was physically punished for speaking in satoori).

If ur budget dont cover enough practice rooms FOR BOTH gg AND bg in ur company DONT start a kpop company/train BOTH ggs AND bgs only to discover u cant pay for both to succeed/stand a chance. SOUMU had GLAM n no other gg or bg until gfriend( in collaboration with BigHit n until Ggriend seemed low-key in hvg other artists/bgs signed to 'em. BigHit before BTS hit big seemed to hv low-key other bgs n GLAM collab with SOUMU. Not to valorise both companies now, but low budget(or at least prudent spending) at first without minimising or denying practice room to any artist then. JUST know yr LIMIT n PLEDIS seem mismanagement CENTRAL(excluding SVT which I think similar to gi-dle were/are self-sustaining[managed for most part or on the whole] n sustain the company[from outside perspective, CUBE might survive without gidle but maybe barely, n no new artists with potential seem on the horizon post-pentagon/gidle debut for CUBE).

if its about money/profit invest in stock market or AI or crypto(not recommending i think latter 2 r a scam/ponzi scheme), dont ruin youngsters careers by mismanaging budgets n not hvg practice rooms for ALL artists or scheduling issues!!!

It's not about standing it's about method, I think if fromis were simply told "Seventeen will likely need the practice room soon so try to finish up the practice you are doing" as that way they get to finish whatever they are on then can just leave since that is a more clean way of prioritizing Seventeen without making fromis feel like nobodies in the process.
