Well, their company went defunct in 2018. A few of them tried to continue on, but you can imagine how easy it was to get re-established elsewhere in 2019/2020.
Also, to be technical, the group isn't "disbanded" but IDK, I kind of hate not counting a group as disbanded just because it's not officially announced.
