Guessed correctly on my first try for a song that would have this! It's at 0:52 for the first instance. (See what I mean? Weird romanization of it. Mia is clearly not using an "r" sound.)

I’m guessing that comes from the fact that the letter ㄹ in Korean can be either L or R (their R sound isn’t like the standard English R). And sometimes transliteration does things like that even if English speakers wouldn’t read them as sounding that way. One I see with Russian is the transliteration shch for the letter щ, but any English speaker would transliterate is just as sh if they heard it. So now English speakers say “Krushchev” with a K sound (which doesn’t exist in his name) and a ch sound (even more so doesn’t exist in his name). These things certainly aren’t perfect.
