WE'RE DOING THIS AGAIN

EOY main page
EOY rules page

Each user can enter two songs that they believe is the most enjoyable from this year, and we vote,
No user can enter the same song, songs accepted are from Dec '25 to Nov '26.
The time from now (2nd of Nov as of writing) to the 6th of Dec is the time opened for entering songs, the first round of voting will start on 7st of Dec AEDT
(which means for most of you it'll actually start 6th of Dec).
Users are allowed to change and remove entries between this period.
The order of the songs will be randomised before voting starts.

What counts as a 'soty' song is explained in depth in the rules page, here's a simple list of what is counted:
Non-promoted tracks, Special videos, Track videos, Visualisers.
Again, consult the rules page if confused or ask me to check whether the song you want to compete is apart of 'soty' or 'B-side.'
K-pop adjacent entries are accepted as long as the song has been promoted in the K-pop community or has been heavily talked about in the K-pop community.

Each day will consist of 1 match. There is no rush to finish this tournament before the New Year.
The official tiebreaker of this tournament will be me.

I will ask when the voting period begins to LISTEN TO BOTH SONGS before deciding on your vote thank you.
Think wisely during this period, may the odds be ever in your favour!

don't wanna be a nerd but iffy iffy's title isn't capitalized :)

just curious, does big girls don't cry count as a bside here? because it has its own mv and music show performances...

big girls don't cry counts as a b-side since it was promoted along side knife (??? if I remember correctly) but wasn't the main track, if it was promoted separately after it would count as soty

Entering Monsta X - this! if I can...

Made a playlist for all the B sides I liked this year, and this is harder than the title tracks, tbh! So saving my second, see if other people claim tracks I might have considered lol. But I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who has listened to MX's this! ~1000 times this year and thus the only person to consider entering it lol

[Nina]

Ateez - Nasa
Irene - Million Miles Away

[mysteric]

if i - ioi
lowkey in love - snsd hrs

[Somnia]

ILLIT - Paw paw (but they recently did upload a video of performing it...so I am not sure if it still counts?) if it wouldn't count anymore then you can pick Mamihlapinatapai

NMIXX - Hot 'n Unbothered
