Dream
The baby unit - Home - dont have one

All NCT member unit - Home - none

Wayv
Main wayv unit - Home - China

Chinese fixed unit - due to not unit for them graduate into
[i expect they will just bring out another younger group like WayBoy]
Name - most Chinese young boy groups have BOY in it [tfBOYS BOYstory yhBOYS] so BoyV made sense xD

Nct Japan
Japanese unit - Home Japan

NCT Osaka
Japanese graduation unit - This unit will prob be younger than nct dream so members could join dream as well i guess xD
[osaka as the first Japanese member is from there {Yuta}]

NCT - Viet - Thai - etc
SAME AS japan just home there location


NCT EUROPE
This unit will be still kpop but the style will be more European like with Spanish twist etc
The idols will be from Europe or mixed [like yangyang]

NCT - S.E.A - N.E.A - S.A
All fixed with members in other units so these units can be very large with members not always being every comeback
this units will most likely have there own rotational units coming off them
[not every member in units coming off these units will enter one of these units so you could be in nct japan but not in NCT N.E.A]

Sesonal units - will have a set season when they will have comebacks as members will most likely be in other units or doing other work like acting
[not always summer though if there a ballad unit they will most likely comeback in winter etc] [members are required for comebacks unless on world tour or injured kinda thing]

Yearly units - These units will comeback only once a year and these members will be in other units this will be pretty similar to a normal unit they will just have a comeback with the full group year album [these units can have like 2 members and not every member is required for the yearly comeback due to this unit being more focused on other work]

Fixed - cant leave the unit unless moving to another fixed unit [i.e winwin to wayv] but members cant be just kicked into a yearly unit kinda thing
Graduation - there is a set point of graduation [ as it could be puberty in the Japanese unit and a set age in others]
Rotational - no member belongs in this unit joining this unit is not classed a debuting etc members are only featuring in a __{NCT U}_ song

teen pop [as nct u hasnt doesnt a young concept]
seasonal [ Christmas song, songs valentines day album, mother day songs for mums << we know fans would die for this]
hiphop along the lines of bts debut style

imagine yuta looking after the japaese dream unit it would be so cute


if my nct map was a thing i would put renjun and chenle in my unit called nct wayv what would be based in hong kong so they could be involved in both wayv and nct

It could be a 127 situation, members were added after the official alignment. Because after Dream, Jisung and Chenle aren't going to be added to 127, so I'm not really sure what they'd do.

wayv is put as fixed
NCT Wayv is a seprate unit what builds a bridge between nct and wayv as sm has made it basically 2 seprate groups now
