I haven't kept up with this case that much, tbh it's kinda hard to see what's true and what's false because of how much news has come out. I still think hes a shit person because he (if im not wrong) admitted to knowing about the recordings, the fact he never reported it to the police tells me all if have to know about him. but im still curious to know what else he admitted to or what happened to him in terms of legal situation.

So im bit tired to go and confirm sources on these, but from my memory

• Seungri said he know of some of the hidden cams and tried to make them stop (apparently by talking to these people)
• Seungri himself is charged with 7 different charges including prostitution, prostitution mediation, some tax things and money embezzlement, food sanitary laws..
• Seungri hasn't admitted any crimes and keeps saying he is innocent.
• CEO of Seungri's company Yuri Holdings confessed that he and Seungri interviewed some prostitutes in Seungri's apartment by going to bedroom with them (pretty much had sex with them) and it seems the prostitutes were "interviewed" for purpose of hooking them up with investors so prostitution mediation.
• Some of the sexual assaults/rapes happened in parties or get-togethers that were arranged by Seungri or Seungri was present in, however Seungri himself is not charged or being accused of sexually assaulting anyone or taking hidden cams.
• Seungri will go on trial, but he's not currently jailed unlike many others involved in case cause court ruled he won't be able to flee the country or destroy evidence. So he's just waiting for his trial now.

It's no wonder and actually you see lot of fans and antis saying things that aren't true or twisting the "truth" around to fit their narrative that only creates more confusion. Like lot of people call Seungri rapist, but this doesn't have any basis in reality. No woman has come out and said Seungri raped them, there isn't any Katalks about that either. In other hand there is some fans who say Seungri is innocent about everything the prostitution also, but there is Katalks from Seungri to others and confession from Yuri Holdings CEO that indicate that prostitution and prostitution meddling happened. Seungri should be blamed and trialed for cases for what he is suspected of and based on evidence not more or less.

right I agree. Seungri knew about the fact that there were recordings going on and tbh I dont believe that he tried to "stop them", if he rlly wanted to stop them he would have reported it to the police, that in and of itself tells me all that I need to know about him. while I dont think hes a rapist, I do think that hes still done a lot of stuff wrong that he should still be held accountable for.
