accomplished but also tired of getting up because i have to give the food to my sister too

I think it's a mixture of all three. I have quite a bit of stress at the moment, I did an arm excercise a few days ago and I always lean over when I'm on the computer...

I would probably workout for a while. I feel like the arm excercise isn't the cause of my pain but I slept on the floor yesterday. I feel like that is the main cause.

Can you take a deep breath, close your eyes, and imagine what color the pain is, or if it's a voice telling you, how is that voice?
Or if it's some painful image, what are it's caracteristics, is it big, is it distant, is it dark or light
