It's illegal for korean citizens to gamble even overseas, but i feel like that should be the smallest of the issues they have, i hope they aren't just going to be fined for the gambling or sth and that's it.

People get easily addicted to it and ruin their lives, but i don't think it's inherintly bad it can be fun and exciting in small doses ^^;

Both of them are currently being investigated for serious criminal activities, and they are still allowed to travel abroad? The Korean legal system is amazing.....

Yep they have quite lot already, but i still have no idea if they are going to end up in jail.. kinda doubt that. They will probably get slap on wrist, most prostitution stuff and corruption stuff won't be properly investigated and they retire to Bahamas to take some sun.

In the grand scheme of things they've done, this is pretty small, but things involving money are ones where getting a conviction is easier- stuff like this or tax frauds. So whatever gets them caught I guess.

Gambling addiction is actually considered mental illness these days and people go rehab for it.
