Sulli: "I think it'd be too difficult to find myself if I cared what others thought since I'll be influenced by them. I try not to and I always hated that I cared when I was younger. A long time ago, I was in dance practice and I got tired so I started dancing lazily. Then some important staff from the company came in and everyone started dancing hard when they were lazy just like me a few moments ago. I hated that they were putting on an act so I kept dancing lazily."

i really like sulli so i want to back her up on this one but i don't think this was right to do or say. i don't know what she was looking for when saying that but it wasn't a great way to show her being herself and not caring what others think. this is upsetting also when you know the battles that idols you stan have gone through. i'm not unstanning her, just my take on the situation.

I don't think that's right at all, i get that if the dance rehearsals are long you can't keep giving it your all all the time, but when u have audience that's when ur supposed to do your best. I used to believe that, but she said lately that LSM took her after he had stopped taking females trainees.
She submitted video of her singing and dancing made it sound like she, while a child actor went to SM to be an idol.
That choice was not a good one for her.

Because its expected when, the coach, boss, owner, parents show up you suck it up and put out the required effort.
The point of training till ya drop is that its mussel memory , instinct, 2nd nature, your prepared. Because that job demands max effort when you have nothing left.
Like say Dr. who train working days in a row so that when the time comes they know what to do.

if it were just cruising thru the end of practice that would be one thing. But even then most folks try to end with one really solid effort.
