thank you, i actually had a really good day today. my appointment went good. the fair was closed so we went to ikea and walked around. i feel ready and hopeful for tomorrow.

Because family doesn't really know or want to know about my mental health issues and my friends irl don't know what to say...
I was diagnosed with Asperger's (Autism Spectrum Disorder) Syndrome and Schizophrenia

my doctor told me my medication doesn't seem to be fixing what I have. I am actually over medicated, I found out last week too with one of them.
been on the rounds of pills/meds for 12 years now. started in 2007. so yeah... it's an awfully long time to be taking pills for your illness/disability

I am weening off them one at a time slowly, but god I feel so awful a lot of the time too and yeah. Physical health is crumbling now as well as mental health.

If you haven't already, maybe try talking to that person and telling them that you want to work on things together. I'm not sure what's going on, but I hope things turn out okay ♥

Im a young adult and a student...i wanna work and be independent but...tbh i am mentally unstable. I end up having huge breakdowns and feel sick physically due to bad mental situation. No one believes it but my chest feels actual physical pain and i am about to faint.

My parents tell me to focus on my health and studies and forget about working. But...i also love to be independent and brag about having a job. Wht should i do?

This is really weird last day I had a desire where I suddenly became so angry for no reason and wanted to be violent... There was nothing pissing me off or anything just randomly!!! Might be a side effect of being bipolar.

You might be having a panic attacks? Do you feel numbness? In your body!! I don't really recommend going to a therapist unless you feel too bad... Try to be on control with your life and take deep breath and realize everything is fine

Exactly i do feel it. I wasnt sure if they were panic attacks only because the ways i searched for to calm down didnt really work for me... going to a therapist never helped me much. I always stayed same so i gave up on the session 2 or 3 each time.

Oh I do know what you mean. Best thing to do is to stay away from people during those times sono argue which you'd regret later happens. I think hot drinks like green tea are amazing for you,but it depends on each person how they calm themselves down.

At first when I had my first panic attack I was really scared I didn't know what is going on...i thought I am going to get a heart attack it has the same symptoms but be assure they will never hurt you they just come and go. Now I never get them that much like I used to because I know what I am dealing with... try to read online and figure things out yourself.. sometimes being your own therapist is better after all a lot of therapist are here just to make living most of them don't really care... self acceptance is also important we all are flawed no one is perfect and if you have it bad know there are people who have it way worse... things will get better. This is coming from someone who always thought it will just keep getting worse.
