Now this will be more of a continuation from yesterday truly Scary thread. If you haven’t read it yet check it out here.
There are thousands reports of “shadow people” through out history, but the most famous one would be “The Hat Man”
“The Hat Man is a shadow person, or Demon...usually described as a tall shadow man dressed in a long black trench coat and wearing a wide brimmed hat or a fedora. He is distinctively male and witnesses say that he has no face or a shadowy blurred face. Most shadow entities are usually seen for a moment or two before disappearing, but the Hat Man seems to be different often staying for a prolonged period of time and sometimes he even touches, chokes or assaults his victims” -Demonicpedia

It was one weekend morning, to early for the sun to come out. My mother had to worked an early shift and she was sending my sister and I to my grandmas. I stood by the door way , in my pjs and with a blanket wrapped around me. For a moment my heavy lids closed,so tired . I heard my mom saying it was time to go. But when I opened my eyes all I saw was two red beading lights staring at me. It was only a foot apart from me!
I jumped back in surprised and as my eyes adjust to the light ,it was gone. I recalled it was wearing a hood with the face was black with two red eyes glowing underneath.
So I allowed myself to believe it was only a trick of the light. I was half asleep and just opening my eyes. However the 2nd story is a little more unexplainable
This happened quite recently, about 4 years back. I already was sleeping in my bed but when I opened my eyes I turned to the corner. Despite my room being with little light (cracks of light coming through the street lamp through my closed curtains) I saw a dark figure . It looked to had a wide brime hat and a trench coat. Now this was before I knew what the “Hat Man”was . I was so scared but a moment later I woke up! It was only a dream...
When I awoken I quickly glanced around my room my eyes landed in the corner where I saw ...well I didn’t know exactly what it was.
Now before I continue I like to add I enjoy turning on my water speakers at night. They create a soft rainbow color around my room the makes it relaxing. I usually keep it on at night and that night I did. However something was a little off. There was no light of color in that corner. Now imagine my heart was already pounding from the nightmare I had only moments ago. I blinked a few times to adjust my eyes slight. However I felt myself turn white. There was a black mass in my room, no shape it was like a black shadow of a cloud. I notice it was slowly growing bigger despite there was no movement in my room.In a panic I quickly jumped out of bed and turned on the lights. The moment I did it was gone. Safe to say I did not sleep that night.
