Not at all lol. Especially since it's hard to organize an outing with people since everyone has their own schedules.
That being said though, I have personally never gone alone since if I want to watch a movie on my own I just find it online somewhere. But, if you want to see a movie earlier and in the theaters, it's not weird to go by yourself.

no i do it all the time. infinity war ect everything i saw this year i went alone most first day or 2.
It is far more unusual for me to go to a movie with folks .
Its just easier i go on my schedule see what i want.
With assigned seating its even better I am almost always in my preferred location.

No not at all. It's just more fun with friends.
I've been thinking of going alone to see certain movies actually.

Just need the time of day and money.

I just watched it at the cinema alone on Wednesday {1 day ago for me} early screening (at a discounted price). It's almost 50% less than the later shows (or non-Wednesday shows here).
I usually watch alone at the cinema unless my friends or family go together. I like to enjoy the movie experience n try to go when it's cheaper or less crowded. I used to go with friends n family sometimes but less now as they're busy/not as interested in all the movies I want to watch, but I don't get to all the movies I'm interested in cos of time/cost n laziness sometimes(also scheduling, I've done back to back or 2 movies in 1 day before when timing/tiredness/laziness were all not worries [i also watched the lord of the Rings movie marathon way back when return of the king came out, alone but 2 pairs of colleagues went separately-I found out when I got to work on Monday {fell asleep during most of two towers n drowsy during the prologue with Smeagol n Deagol but wide awake I thinking for the rest of it, don't really remember now but I've watched all the movies so many times my memories blur).
But it's ok if u don't like to go alone urself, or if u do like to go alone don't let it bother you.
Zombie land 2 was enjoyable, I laughed a lot even tho I think I never watched the first(I heard a lot of good things about it before n I like Emma stone, harrelson n eisenberg (non-Luthor/DC movies.)

noo, it's completely okay!! last year i got this loyalty card sort of thing at my local movie theater which i monthly pay for and it lets me go and see how many movies i want without paying for the ticket itself and honestly ever since that, i go there at least once a week, almost always alone. i don't have many friends and my mom is too busy working, but it doesn't bother me much because i love the experience of watching movies in the theater. and i love watching movies in general. it used to feel quite weird the first few times, because there are lots of people going in as groups and you're just sitting here by yourself but after all you're all there just to watch a movie so it's not like anyone is gonna pay attention to the fact that you're alone. i hope you enjoy it if you decide to go!

[i also watched the lord of the Rings movie marathon way back when return of the king came out
that sounds amazing omg i would have loved to see the lotr trilogy in theaters as they're my favourite movies of all time but i was like 3 months old when the fellowship of the ring came out. i envy the experience.
