Red Velvet performed unreleased song - 'Shining', at their 'La Rouge' first day concert in Seoul

I cannot tell you just how much I hope RV release this song for their Velvet side Day 3! It's one hell of a bop!
Apparently fans are saying that Seulgi said it was made for 'La Rouge', but that doesn't mean they won't release it as a b-side for their Velvet Day 3, right? It would be strange if they don't release a studio version, especially seeing fan feedback already!
