To the question: If you could remain the same age for the rest of your life, what age would that be? Honestly, I think psychologically I am stuck in some sort of arrested development, because I would really like to be 16-18 for the rest of my life if I could...

19 is perfect. You're technically still a teen so not enough responsibilities and you can indulge in anything you want and go crazy. But you're still an adult so it's the best of both worlds.
