So, I made some accusations on Disney+ based on my increased at home data usage. To be clear I am referring to WiFi not phone data usage. I have been streaming normally without Disney+ for a couple days (not on purpose, but just been watching on Hulu & Netflix solely because of exclusive content) and the results have been illuminating. My data usage when using Disney+ was from 38-55 gb per day. Now not using Disney plus it ranges from 8-12 gb a day. Put into context that yesterday I streamed three hours of content in the evening and probably around an hour in the daytime. As my usage for this month ends on the 8th I could continue using Disney+ because I have around 450 gb left for this month and thats manageable, I just don't feel like it. I have a game pass membership and I could download a few games to play next month for the cost of streaming three hours of content for the next five days... I know, I know I should upgrade to unlimited and I planned to, but recent circumstances have proven that I would not be able to afford it.
Just wanted to give everyone a heads up on the exorbitant data usage that I have sort of proven with this service.
